HOW TO USE

1. Assemble the straw: Twist the silicone spring extension (with T logo) onto the straight end of the straw.

2. Insert the straw: Insert it with the flexible part facing downward.

3. Close the cap: The straw flexes as the cap closes, allowing a secure fit without manual adjustment.

4. Drink with ease: Open the cap and sip—your straw pops up automatically.

5. Hydration goal: Fill the bottle in the morning (1L), refill once in the afternoon to reach your 2L daily goal using the AM/PM markers.
